How long does delivery take? Estimated delivery times are 7 to 14 business days for Switzerland and 8 to 15 business days for Europe. Please note that these are estimates and may vary.

How much does shipping cost? We offer free shipping on all orders to Switzerland and Europe. No minimum order required.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship to Switzerland and Europe. For deliveries outside of these regions, please contact us at contact@cavelligeneva.com

How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your shipment in real time.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy? We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How do I request a return or refund? Contact us at contact@cavelligeneva.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item. Our team will respond within 24 to 48 hours.

Do I need to send the item back? In most cases, no physical return is required. Refunds are issued upon photo proof of the issue. A physical return may be requested in certain cases for customers based in Switzerland.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method once approved.

How do I find my size? Please refer to our size guide available on each product page. Our trousers are sized 32 to 36. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist.

What materials are your garments made from? Our collection includes pieces crafted from premium fabrics including linen, lyocell, and carefully selected blends. Fabric composition is indicated on each product page.

How should I care for my garments? Care instructions are provided on the inner label of each garment. We recommend machine washing at 30°C on a gentle cycle and laying flat to dry for most pieces.
