Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at contact@cavelligeneva.com with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"
  2. Include your reason for return and a photo of the item
  3. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with your personalised return label
  4. Print the label and drop off your parcel at your nearest post office

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@cavelligeneva.com. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you — no return necessary.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be applied to your original payment method
  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order.
