All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF). For customers located in Europe, prices may be displayed in Euros (EUR) based on your location. Currency conversion is applied automatically.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Orders

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. Please ensure your contact and delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering, as we are unable to modify orders once they have been processed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to Switzerland and European countries.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe : 10 to 20 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing and carrier delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, local postal services or circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

8. Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries to Switzerland, please note that orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival, as Switzerland is not a member of the European Union. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties apply.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached
